A WOMAN trapped her car after a collision in Hale village yesterday was rescued by firefighters.
Crews removed the roof of her vehicle which was in a field in Ramsbrook Lane.
The driver, in her 20s, was taken to the Royal Liverpool Hospital.
She told paramedics she had pain in her shoulder and neck.
Two fire engines, two ambulances and a rapid response vehicle attended the incident which happened at 3pm on Tuesday, October 21.
