A JUNIOR football team in Runcorn are celebrating a twin trophy triumph.
Heath Rangers Barca under 11s have done the double in the Merseyside and Halewood Junior Football League's top division for 2015-16.
The team retained the Premier Division cup with a 4-0 victory in the final.
A week later they were announced as joint league winners of the league with Liverpool team Inny Boys.
A Heath Rangers spokesman said: “All the lads have given their all in every match and deserve a lot of credit for how proud they have made all the parents and coaches.
“Everyone puts in 110 per cent each week and are a pleasure to watch.
“Some of the credit should also go to manager Mark Handley and coaches Andy Snape and Jon Macdonald for giving up their own free time each week to train the lads."
