A BOLLYWOOD pink party is raising funds for a cancer charity.
Widnes and Runcorn Cancer Support Group is hosting its annual girlie night out to mark breast cancer awareness month.
The celebration is at Widnes Golf Club on Highfield Road on Friday, October 14.
Centre co-ordinator Nicola Donoghue said “This event is always the high point of our social calendar.
“Raising awareness of breast cancer and its symptoms is very serious but the evening is also a huge celebration and always turns out to be a colourful and very enjoyable night.”
A dinner will be followed by a dance demonstration, games and a disco.
Bollywood themed dress is optional.
Tickets priced at £7.50 are available from the centre on Alforde Street from Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm.
