THOUSANDS of visitors flocked to Victoria Park in Widnes for the annual north west vintage rally at the weekend.

A record crowd of 70,000 went to last year’s event – one of the biggest free two day shows of its kind in the UK.

Hundreds of lovingly restored classic vehicles and vintage fair organs were on display as well as the spitfire ground display team, vintage funfair, Bernese mountain dogs and hand turned organs.

Various craftsmen and women were also showing their collections.
