FRESH from his victory in Bahrain, Warrington’s teenage sensation Luke “The Nuke” Littler is back at the oche tonight.

Littler, who turned 17 on Sunday, is competing in the Dutch Darts Masters in Den Bosch, with the tournament getting underway tonight and ending on Saturday.

It is being played in a similar format to last weekend’s Bahrain Darts Masters tournament, which Littler, who spent his early childhood in Runcorn, won to cap his first outing since his stunning run to the World Championships final before being beaten by Luke Humphries.

His win in Bahrain means he is the top seed for this weekend and he starts his bid for a second senior PDC title against Dirk van Duijvenbode this evening.

If he progresses, he faces a potential reunion with Humphries should the world champion come through his first-round clash with Jermaine Wattimena.

Littler vs van Duijvenbode will be the sixth of the eight first-round matches to be played tonight, with the action getting underway at 6pm UK time live on ITV4.

'The Nuke' is scheduled to be on stage at 8.45pm, but his match could be a little earlier or a little later depending on how the earlier games pan out.
