The organisation has been hosting the Jubilee Bridge events since 2022 and this year it has been announced that it will be held in support of State of Mind.

State of Mind is a charity that uses the power of sport to promote positive mental health and has been selected as RunThrough’s charity of the year.

The charity run a variety of initiatives, including mental fitness sessions, which help foster a supportive environment for individuals struggling with mental health challenges.

“We are delighted to be the charity of the year for 2024,” said Dr Phil Cooper, co-founder and trustee of State of Mind.

“The Jubilee Bridge events are located where we delivered our first mental fitness session to professional rugby league team, Widnes Vikings, in 2011.

“State of Mind run mental fitness sessions locally at the Widnes Vikings stadium every Tuesday.”
