Up early for breakfast, and on the road for 9am for a torturous six hour drive.

In the end we all found the journey was not as bad as we’d perceived previously. We were all very surprised at how much greenery there was and how lush the land was.

On the final leg of the journey we stopped off at one of the schools we would be working on to have a pre-site inspection.

We arrive at Ruwenzori Guest House (RGH), where we were staying, unloaded and were shown our rooms. We had lunch, went out to pre-site visit of the second school we would be working on.

It was raining like nothing we have ever seen…we got drenched.

On the way back to RGH we saw numerous baboons – we had our evening meal and chatted about the two sites.
